About

The other major delivery platform, tied into Alipay. Coverage is similar to Meituan's, and prices differ enough that it's worth checking both. The app was rebranded from Ele.me (饿了么) to Taobao Instant Commerce, so look for the new name in the App Store.

Before you go

  1. Sign in with Alipay to skip building a separate account.

Tips

  • Reachable in English through Alipay's own delivery mini program.
Try Alipay instead

Ele.me powers Alipay's built-in food delivery, which has partial English.
